MAPS now supports all 5 of the new Diplomas as well as an extensive range of general and vocational qualifications. This means that MAPS comes complete with mark schemes from the major Awarding Bodies for dozens of qualifications - which will help teachers to manage, monitor, mark and assess student coursework for those qualifications. - Students can upload their work to their own online portfolio for marking by their teacher. Teachers can review, assess and moderate students' work easily. The new red pen tool gives teachers the ability to mark and annotate student scripts in the same way that they can on paper-based submissions.
- MAPS provides a two-way messaging system with messages linked to the tasks or coursework. This ensures that both teachers and students can liaise fully at all times.
- Teachers can import their own resources, SCORM compliant content and quizzes. Online quiz tools deliver tests online and offer automated marking.
- Learning materials created by teachers and mentors can also be shared online
